Important

 Return costs:

- according to Article 67 of the Consumer Code, the direct costs of returning the goods to the sender are the responsibility of the consumer, unless free returns are provided for in the general conditions of sale.

Shipping costs and return costs, what is the difference?

The right of withdrawal provides that shipping costs are refunded in any case, while return costs are borne by the consumer.

When we talk about shipping costs, we mean the costs incurred by the consumer for receiving the product.

These refer to standard delivery, as provided for in the sales contract. That is, there is no obligation to reimburse the costs of faster or shorter shipping.
Return costs, on the other hand, concern the costs incurred by the consumer to send the goods back to the sender, in the event that they intend to return them.

Even in this case, a distinction must be made between the return following withdrawal and the return for defective products.

The law recognizes the consumer's right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of purchasing the goods (in our case the days are 17), without having to provide any explanation in this regard.

Even in this case, the consumer must provide for the return costs.

It is different for defective products covered by a legal guarantee, in which case the return costs are the responsibility of the seller.

What do we mean by "Article Verification"?

When we receive the item back (whether for a return or an exchange), we will check the condition of the product.

The returned "product" must have these characteristics:

  • must not have been used, washed or damaged;

  • must have labels, tags and complete packaging (boxes, brand material etc.), as delivered.

IMPORTANT:

If we find that the returned product has been used, or damaged or if part of the packaging is missing, we will not be able to make any refund or exchange.

NOTE regarding CUSTOM work:

Custom works are made especially for you, so they cannot be returned.
