The design of this garment was made entirely and exclusively by hand with fabric colors.

To ensure that it lasts over time it must be treated with care.

It can be washed either by hand or in the washing machine at a maximum temperature of 40° with a delicate program turned inside out to avoid continuous and unnecessary rubbing.

Ironing (if necessary) must always take place on the reverse side of the design.

Acceptance of the return and any refund will take place after a "Check of the item being sent back to us"

WHAT DOES IT MEAN YOU HAVE TO DO A "GARMENT CHECK"?

When we receive the item back (whether for a return or an exchange), we will check the status of the product.

 The returned item must have these characteristics:

it must not have been used, washed or damaged;

must have labels, tags and complete packaging (boxes, brand material, etc.), as delivered.

IMPORTANT: if upon returning the product we verify that the item has been used, or damaged or if part of the packaging is missing, we will not be able to make any refund or exchange.

Always check before requesting a return or exchange.
